These premium pellets work well in any grill or smoker that burns pellets for fire and flavour.  Made from mellowing charcoal from Jack Daniel's Distillery in Lynchburg, Tennesse and blended with oak sawdust and pellets. The mellowing charcoal filters every drop of Jack Daniel's Tennessee Whiskey® through 10 feet of sugar maple charcoal.

These pellets are an efficient fire producer packed with delicious, sweet smoke flavours.

    Start your cooker and warm it up to the desired cooking temperature. 

    Note:  Not all grills heat the same. The pellets must get hot enough to smoke.  It may require some experimentation for your particular grill.

    Always clear the hopper and the feed system of the pellet cooker before storage.  Pellets can absorb moisture and cause a jam in the pellet feed system. 

    Tips for Using Pellets

    Store unused pellets in a clean, dry area.

    If you experience temperature swings or inaccurate temperatures on your grill, try cleaning any residual ash to ensure the pellets continue to burn clean and the sensors are working properly. See the grill manufacturer’s instructions for proper care.
