We offer next day despatch on all orders (weekends & holidays excluded). Delivery times may vary depending on your location, the time of the year ie holiday periods and if tailgate delivery is required.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
We offer free freight on orders over $99 (excludes bulky smokers and grills) and from time to time, we offer free shipping for certain brands or categories.
Freight to some remote areas in Australia may not be available at Checkout. Please contact us to obtain a shipping quote - firstname.lastname@example.org.
SHIPPING TO P.O. BOXES
We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes. Please provide an alternative shipping address.
IN-STORE PICK UP
We have an In-Store Pick Up option from our warehouse in Dandenong South, Victoria for some products. Our pickup times are from Monday to Friday between 8am-4pm. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.
Shipping outside Australia is not currently offered.
HOW TO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with tracking details. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at online@hark,com.au with your name and order number, and we will investigate and come back to you as soon as possible.
