The MeatStick Story

As native Californians, the inspiration for The MeatStick struck us during an afternoon BBQ with friends. Amidst conversations and a game of charades, we encountered a frustrating situation – 4 expensive New York Strips were unintentionally overcooked, dampening the mood!

Despite testing various wired cooking thermometers, one issue remained unchanged: we had to physically walk over to the thermometer to monitor the meat's progress.

The MeatStick was born shortly after, and no more New York Strips were harmed again.

Cleans Easy

Best Meat Monitor

I have several sticks I use during my smoke. Especially Brisket. When I wrap it for the last hour or so it will stay contained inside the wrap and I know the Temp is perfect!
